Cookies and similar technologies

We also collect limited, first-party usage analytics: which calculator steps are used, project types selected, and — when you arrive from an ad or campaign link — campaign parameters such as UTM tags and Google click identifiers (gclid), along with your browser's referrer. A random session identifier is stored in your browser's session storage and is deleted when you close the tab; we do not use it to identify you across visits.
We may also use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement. When active, Google may set cookies and process usage data in accordance with Google's privacy policies. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use cross-site advertising trackers beyond the Google services described here. If our data practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy.

We do not publish your uploaded project photos or use them in advertising without your permission.

Photos and quote records may be retained after submission so we can review your request, answer follow-up questions, maintain business records, and protect against abuse or disputes. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

At this time, MasonPilot does not sell personal data submitted through quote requests. If we ever materially change our practices involving targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or similar uses, we will update this policy and any required notice mechanisms.

MasonPilot is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will review and delete it as appropriate.
